The inventory is counted, scanned, and binned individually. With our proprietary software, you will always be aware of the exact number of items that have arrived at JMB Prep. Control shipments going to merchant-filled orders, returns, or Amazon.
Every product prepared by JMB Prep meets Amazon’s FBA receipt standards. Our preparation team is skilled and equipped to surpass these requirements. You will avoid time-consuming problems down the road.

We will go over your information carefully and if we decide you are a good fit we will reach out and begin our onboarding process. You can begin sending in product as soon as onboarding is complete.
Once you receive my items how long does it take to be sent out?
Our team is working around the clock, receiving and sending out product for our clients. Product is typically sent out within 2-48 hours. Anything received after 3pm PST is considered next business day.
Do you need access to my Seller Central?
In order to make sure things run as efficiently as possible and your product is getting out as fast as possible, we ask for limited permissions to your seller central. All we need is access to your shipments so we can print labels on your behalf!
What is considered oversized?
Any item over 36″ on any side or over 10lbs.
Do you have a per shipment minimum?
Typically, we have a minimum of 30 units before we send items out. This is to ensure that you are getting the best shipping rates as well as optimizing our time so that we can better assist you!
Do you offer wholesale rates?
Of course! We offer wholesale fulfillment at our Oregon location but to get the most competitive rates we recommend checking out our California location where we specialize in DTC and Wholesale!
Do you offer long term storage?
We are currently very limited on space. Please reach out so we can discuss further.
What do I need to start?
